Where is my replacement items

Complaint against Skinny Tan?

I ordered 3 cans of skinny tan. I complained the next day as it was faulty. Was asked to send back which I did by first class post the following day and now when I am emailing about my replacement products, the emails are being ignored. I have paid for these items and sent them back to you and I have no refund or replacement product? Cannot believe the amount of emails that have been completely ignored no matter who I send to or what department.
