Complaint against Skinny Tan?
I ordered products early April & I am still awaiting delivery. I spend £60 on tanning products & still not received them. I’ve been in contact & the communication is very little. I demanded a refund but unfortunately not received one. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman as companies should not be allowed to take your money without sending out the goods. Bad all round. Do not order you’ll be losing your money.
