Complaint against Parcel Monkey
After printing off the supplied label the courier refused to take the parcel due to it having no barcode. After managing to get a response from support, I was told it would be collected the next day and the driver (Yodel) would provide the necessary label. Except he didn't and was angry at having his time wasted as they don't do that. I've submitted THREE support tickets since then to try to get a full refund as I've had enough and just gone to Parcelforce. They closed ALL of my support tickets without any response. I feel they've essentially STOLEN MY MONEY! If they're not going to have a call centre they MUST answer online and PROMPTLY!!!
