Complaint against Morrisons

We ordered 2 sausage and mash and 2 teas, we had to clear our table as all available tables were full of dirty dishes. We sat down and waited and waited and waited we were not the only ones there was 12 others waiting. No on had suggested there was any delay, other people were complaining. We informed the service desk. Nothing happened, eventually the store sub manager started clearing the tables we told him he smiled and apologised then the restaurant manager came back from a meeting. She served no.11 first we were no.10....we told the store sub he went and asked, we were then given our meals which looked like children's meal with no gravy. By now we had waited an hour and refused the food and asked for our money back. We have never been to a more slap dash restaurant anywhere, it should be closed and changed to a snacks only cafe. This was Morrisons totnes. Total incompetence.
