Complaint against Morrisons

Hello, i need my query answered. Here is my initial complaint below: Case Ref ##2246928## - Please include this reference number in all email correspondence. Hello, ive just been told that my delivery has been cancelled today. 35 minutes after my delivery slot. If you have a look at my order it is pretty much baby related, so my son was depending on this food today and the next few days. Ive ordered online as my partner has gone away for a few days so i dont have the car this week. £10 just isnt enough for the inconvenience this has caused...and gutted isnt the word as i now have to drag my child the shops which he HATES aswell as walk there! Ive just paid for an annual fee of £30 to rely on home delivery...so disappointed! I received a response the following day to 'apologise'. This just isn't enough, so i demanded a refund for the annual fee of £30 i've just paid and had one or two shops out of it! To then be told i have saved £8 so they can refund me £24. I am so confused.... I understand 'these technical things happen' but it was such a inconvience, that i am not willing to risk doing online again. I want my full refund back, you haven't given me the service I paid for!
