Complaint against Morrisons

Waiting to be served customer in front had been served just standing chatting about holidays. We politely asked are you going to serve us as we have got an appointment. The cashier said we were rude and kept saying it whilst serving us not even a thank-you at end. As I spend a lot of money in this store I am considering changing to another supermarket. This is not the way to train zstaff to serve loyal customers
