[RESOLVED] - Charged twice for one product.

Complaint against Morrisons

Hello. I did today my weekly groceries in Eldene Morrisoss and i was charged twice for one of my items. I had 40 items on my receipt. The second item appears with 2 in front and charged twice but i had only one item of that kind - it was 1 Innocent Juice. I can.t remember the name of the person who was at the register but i have the receipt. How can i solve this issue ? Is not about 2 pounds but if she did this to me who knows how many people are being forced to pay more than they shopped.

I received an apology letter and a voucher . The person who contacted me on behalf of Morrisons was really nice. Mistakes can happen sometimes at the till :)
