Complaint against Morrisons

I had a txt to be entered into a completion which I did once and did realise that they were taking money from me until late I studied my bill .I have called the to unsubcrib which they did and told me to fill out a claims form which I think is this .I have read the reviews and not a lot are getting there money bk
