[RESPONDED] Morrisons charged me a separate charge and will not refund

Complaint against Morrisons

On Oct 13th I purchased £25 fuel at Harwich Morrisons. On checking my account, they charged the £25 plus a separate transaction of £2. I have sent the customer care team over 15 emails in order to resolve this because they expect me to drive back to the branch in Harwich from here I live in Lincoln, a trip of over 250 miles in order to get a £2 voucher! They appear to have absolutely no common sense or care to the customer. I also told them I am prepared to raise a small claim court action against them that will incur a fee plus time I have spent in pursuing this and all they said was that was my option! This is a fraudulent claim and it makes me wonder to how many other customers this is happening to?
