Complaint against Morrisons

Morrisons misuse their customer's trust. If you shop at the beginning of the week as we do then many times the next day or so an email arrives saying spend X for X,000 points, but you have to do this by Sunday. This is after we have done this week's shopping. This is not rewarding customer loyalty, giving the customer the feeling of being appreciated. No. This is abusing the information gleaning about the customer's habits to try to extract more money out of them. And why do Morrisons want to push people into shopping Thurs-Sun? Weekends are already busy. Why don't they want customers on Mon-Wed? In contrast Waitrose reward us with coupons giving X off X spend. These vouchers are weeks in advance so you can work these in with regular shopping. That is rewarding loyal customers.
