[LAPSED] Poor choice ,poor service

Complaint against Morrisons

Called to do weekly shop on a Thursday very poor selection of vegetables had to leave having not picked up what I required. Called again on the Sunday of the same week again no vegetables and what was there was of poor quality. To add insult there were long queues at the checkout and supervisor only called for extra staff when people started to complain this is a common problem. When I finally reached the checkout and spoke to the cashier she informed me that staff had been cut and and night shift workers could not fill the shelves in time for opening. As a result of the poor service and constant long waits to reach the checkouts I have changed where I shop and only call at the Morrisons for fuel. Myself and my parents have been loyal customers for years but unfortunately we have had to change store.
