Complaint against Morrisons

i eat at morrisons cafe at least 4 times a week and have always been satisfied, however today 13/10/17 i ordered fish and chips, when it arrived the fish was half the normal size, i queried it at the till, and said i think this is a small fish portion, and you have charged me full price, she said it was all they had and it was full size, i have ordered both in past and knew it was a small one, i told her this and she said its all we have got, and thats the last one so we cannot change it, i told her that i wasnt satisfied, but i didnt ask for refund, i didnt fancy anything else, but i would have thought she would have suggested a refund or charge me for small meal. i was really disapointed because usually morrisons fish are usually perfect, im reporting this because as it was late in day (16:00 ) i believe they had run out of fish and were selling off the small ones usually reserved for small meals at a lower price.
