[LAPSED] unfair refund policy

Complaint against Morrisons

Returned a faulty usb stick for exchange or refund only to be told Morrisons have recently changed their policy as regards computer software and the like, therefore not entitled to refund or exchange. This information was not anywhere to be seen at point of purchase, otherwise had i known i would have purchased else where I would not recommend buying items of this nature from the store, as you have no protection if your item happens to be faulty. Will be contacting Trading Standards
