[LAPSED] your atm doesn't work, third complaint, second by email

Complaint against Morrisons

The atm in Morrison, southwood, does not work ie last bank holiday weekend, and previously. I have complained by emails twice before, and I received a phone call that the atm would be repaired. IT DOES NOT WORK AGAIN. Please repair it or have it replaced by another atm provider ie Barclays, Lloyd etc.I have had a stroke, walk with four point walking stick. I saw the general manager and compained. Morrison offers a cashback facility however I have to buy something else, ie I buy a sandwich, then use the atm (which does not work) and I have to go back into the store and buy a chocolate bar to get a cashback. I am a Morrison shareholder and this problem is a troubling to say the least
