Late deliveries, no communication from Nisa

Complaint against Nisa

Last week we put an order into Nisa as usual. For the third week in a row our delivery was late and we were told the driver had broken down, driver arrived and was asked where he'd broken down, he told us he hadn't broken down! Accept the severe weather was an issue. However, expected delivery 7/3/18 did not arrive called head office upteen times was told three different stories, last call at 6pm was told they didnt know where our delivery was and could not tell me when it would be delivered. Called twice today 8/3/18 was told they haven't a clue where our delivery is or when we will receive it but happy to discuss a discount of some sort !!! That doesnt put money in our till and it doesnt fill our shelves and it doesnt bring our customers back who have gone elsewhere. Poor communication and lack of planning resulting in hundreds if not thousands of customers let down and suffering loss in sales.
