Poor service. Rude cashier

Complaint against Nisa

Had an email saying my parcel was ready for collection. Nisa local. Caterham store. On arrival the gentlemen behind the counter was on the phone talking to someone. In another language. No problem with that but did not pay any attention to me. I approached him and said I was awaiting a parcel and he abruptly said show me the email confirmation. I showed him and said it had been signed for by one of there team. He said It doesn’t have a barcode so he couldn’t be bothered to look through all parcels. I said there was no barcode and gave him the name of who signed for it. He said oh that was me. I asked him to get my parcel. He was still on the phone. So I asked him to put the phone down as that’s poor customer service and very rude. I gave him my id and he snatched it out my hand and made it difficult. He was very rude and abrupt. Showing no care towards customers. He then told me to f*** off out my shop. I asked for his name and he signed my parcel. His name is DASS. Very rude how he dealt with me and I am shocked how he responded. People like this man should not be in customer based jobs if they can not deal with people in the correct manor. I know nisa local Caterham are used for many delivery options for collection. I hope here on people do not use here service as would not like anyone else spoke to the way they was.
