Complaint against Indesit
I was told back in November 2015 that my tumble dryer was one of the models affected and I have been offered a replacement if I pay towards it which is shocking when the item is faulty and clearly not fit for purpose and yet my parents who own a Hotpoint (same company) tumble dryer have being given one for free despite the fact that their dryer is older than mine. It is totally unfair that I should be charged and they're not. I spoke with someone at the company who just kept saying he couldn't comment which I just a totally useless and very unhelpful thing to say.
