Dryer recall - Locked out of their system - no-one will respond

Complaint against Indesit

I registered my dryer in January. I called after 6 weeks having heard nothing. They offered me a choice of the £50 or the £99 dryer or wait until August. I said I'd check with my wife as to which would be better. I called back and they'd marked the account as completed. I haven't had anything from them, but the computer says yes. Escalated the issue three times - nothing. Made three formal complaints - Nothing. Called Whirlpool head office - Nothing. Posted on Facebook - they said sorry and asked for all my details - Nothing. Got annoyed on Facebook - Nothing. Got annoyed on Twitter - Nothing. This is a PR disaster. They were on the news, yet they won't field a person to speak. This is far, far worse than the VW scandal as folks are going to get hurt. Yet still NOTHING. Shameful. #indesitfiasco
