Complaint against Indesit
After recall on our dryer I contacted customer service via phone and email weeks later no response more calls your due a call back weeks went by more emails no response again. This dryer was under 12 months old and today I got through to customer services what a joke I will get a call back in end Nov 2016 a year after reported really I was asked to email again and given 3 numbers to contact they couldn't help then I payed for extended warranty for 5 years but it's not valid as dryer on recall even though I just payed for it shocking service. I was told I could get a replacement for £99 but why should I pay this it was under warranty customers are being treated badly I don't see how you can let people wait that long for a product that should of been changed ASAP is that not why you have guarantees.
