Complaint against Indesit

I reported my tumble dryer in December 2015, the reply said the modification would be in a few months on the email they sent me but was told to keep checking for update. Was offered to buy replacement not offered one for free when appliance is still under a year old. Latest estimate for repair February 2017.

New Tumble dryer delivered today.

this is the latest that has happened: I received a phone call from 0161 77440000 where a representative gave me a uplift number 55040170 which would entitle me to a free replacement Tumble dryer as my model is under a year old and still under warranty. I have been given and phoned the following numbers, 08001510905 08000683122 017733287860 03448111211 08000921922 I have phoned and spoken to 11 people all of which were unable to fulfil the commitment that was mentioned in the phone call.

I will be receiving a new free replacement Tumble Dryer on Friday 22nd April 2016.

After several phone calls and emails plus putting complaint on here eventually they caved in and are giving me a free replacement. Keep on at them don't be complacent or you will get nowhere.
