My washer/dryer just broken down again -- you ring Indesit-Hotpoint Repairs repair they give you a date, about a week ahead, but they won’t give time or even morning or afternoon appointments, until the night before so you have to keep work diary free for that day for a week. If you can’t do the time they offer you cancel, rebook and wait another week to find out if you get the morning or afternoon appointment you need. I did this three times, then gave up and hired another company. When I bought my Hotpoint washer/dryer, Hotpoint offered morning / afternoon appointments. Now it’s “unlucky dip”. They’ve changed their terms and conditions.
