Complaint against ASDA

I've been ordering with Asda weekly for about 6 years now and after the service I've received this week I can safely say I won't be ever again, I ordered my shopping to be delivered on Thursday 20th October between 8-10 by ten my shopping still wasn't here and I had no phone call so I called customer service and was told my shopping wasn't put on the van, unacceptable and even more unacceptable that someone hadn't called me I was asked to wait till 10:30 to see if it turned up, 10:30 came and went, I called again, this time Asda had a power cut understandably I new I wasn't going to get my shopping, I said I don't wish to cancel as I can't afford to wait for a refund to re book, the money I had for shopping Asda have already so I was told someone would call me Friday morning to re book my order..... on Friday at 2:30 I'd still had no phone call and I checked my app and my order had been cancelled, now I have to wait 3-5 working days for my money to go back in so I can order again, iv called many times no call backs I've tried the store manager no call back, Im discussed I've no food and no pet food left, no money nothing and I keep getting told I need to call this person that person the bank when this is not my mess it's asdas and they should be fixing it not telling me how to fix it I'm disgusted at how I've been treated and it unacceptable ! If I hadn't made all the phone calls I have made no one would have called me at all and they would have just cancelled my order i have a family to feed pets as well! It's now Monday the 24th of October still no call backs, no shopping, no food, and no refund
