Appalling service from Asda Direct

Complaint against ASDA

I ordered a mattress from ASDA Direct and paid extra for a specific delivery time slot (between 7:00-13:00). My partner took the morning off work to wait in for the mattress. I received a text message at 11:00 that informed the mattress will arrive between 12:00- 21:00). My partner immediately contacted ASDA to inform that we would not be in in the afternoon to be given no understanding, explanation or apology. We were advised to cancel the order (after we did the delivery driver was rude to me) and we have STILL not received a refund from ASDA over 2 weeks later.
