Complaint against ASDA

Made a complaint by email after speaking to your non uk customer services and getting no where. Complaint auto reply received saying l would be contacted with 48 hours. Still waiting. Complaint about your customers services and fact that wrong product wars delivered. Product still standing outside back door awaiting collecting. Something your customer services to.d me couldn't be done as the 3rd had not done something. I ordered from Asda I don't care what 3rd parties have or have not done. Just get someone to tell me what you are doing about my formal complaint about your customer services rep. And when the correct product that you have charged me fir will be delivered and the wrong item collected.
