Complaint against ASDA

i placed an online order to be delivered between 6 - 8pm and it was cancelled earlier that day but the money was placed on hold with my bank, i rang up customer service and had to pay again to get my order reset for another day but that was also cancelled without an explanation as to why it was cancelled. now asda has £90 of my money on hold and i cannot use that £90 for anything else until it is released and returned to my bank account. this is completely unacceptable, and shouldn't happen in the first place especially with a big company like asda, there customer service is way below par and this event has caused me to boycott ASDA unless its an emergency.
