Failed to deliver my Christmas order. I am disabled and rely on home delivery.

Complaint against ASDA

My order was due 22/12/15 I only found out there was a problem after Contacting ASDA customer service myself. After 15+ phone calls I actually got through to the asda branch manager (Claire) based at the Crewe Branch. 24/12/15 - Claire advised me that they had no intention of re-delivering my order and could now only offer to send me 'essential items' such as bread and milk.... The reason for the failed delivery was "unable to park outside or close to my home".... Even though I've been getting deliveries from ASDA for over a year !? They offered me free delivery and £15 off my next order which is not acceptable considering the stress they have put me through and the fact that they left me without my groceries over the Christmas holiday.

ASDA have responded and apologised for their actions but they are still adamant that the £15 compensation offered for ruining my Christmas was sufficient for their mistake !? I am still not happy and I am taking this further.
