Hi I placed an order on the 25th for delivery on the 26th. It's now the 2nd oct and there's no sign of my order or a refund. I have been calling every single day and been promised a callback every single time. Also spoke to the manager at the store who claims she's has no access and is unable to help. Now I'm happy just to take a refund so I can shop elsewhere. I will never be using Asda again. It's the worst customer service I have ever received. The people in the Philippines don't have a clue. All they do is read from a script and do nothing about it. I'm disgusted and still here waiting for them to contact me.
