Placed an order online between 8-10pm Following day. Received a text to say they were available earlier to deliver. Which defeats the object of booking a slot I think. Anyway, I was home at the earlier time. At 10.10pm no order I looked online and it had been cancelled. I called online number and got told he delivered at 7.47 and no one home. 1. I booked 8-10pm 2. I was home and can prove on my cctv the driver never arrived. Had to replace order. When I looked online this morning the order was more expensive so I called up again and got told they could use my voucher on this order I had to wait 10 days for a new one. What!!!! After a lot of calls and waste of my time I cancelled the order as no one could amend the cost. No mention of compensation for mess up. Never had an issue with all other grocery delivery companies. Avoid Asda at all costs!
