For the last week I have been trying to do an online food shop with nothing but problems. The first week of trying I was unable to even register my account so I rang customer service to try and resolve this matter compleate waste of time that turned out to be as they were no help what so ever. Week 2 I manage to log in to my account yay result or so I thought I spent the best part of a hour selecting my shopping that came to around £90 this is what I spend weekly in my local asda store. I proceeded to try and book my delivery slot this is when it all went wrong it wouldn't let me book every time I tried it kept common up error. So today 3.10.2016 I have spoken to your customer service reps a grand total of 6 times to be fobbed off 4 of them times had the phone put down on me when I asked to speak to supervisor and the last phone call that lasted 40minutes I finally managed to speak to a supervisor to be told I could not get my shopping delivered the next day now as all the slots were gone I am absolutely disgusted with the help line and shall not be in a rush to shop at asda again. I have always gone to asda every week spending £90+ on my weekly shop .
