Son fell over employees trolley

Today in asda hapurhey, my son fell over an employees trolley and hurt he's head, they took pictures of he's head and written it in the book . he's been complaining of headaches and will be taking him to my go in the morning!!! I would like to no why the packing trolley was leftes unattended ? If this was not the case would my son have fallen and hurt he's Head?? Did he receive an apology no??? I'm so angry at asda right now !!!
