My Son ordered custom made shoes from Underground at the beginning of October costing £210. We are still waiting for them!! I have been in email conversation with the online sales team for months. They are full of apologies and pleasantries and even gave us a voucher to spend in store or online as a softener, but this doesn't alter the fact that they are way off the mark in fulfilling their advertised timeframes for their custom shoe service. I have asked for a partial refund for the unacceptable length of time our order is taking, but was told they don't give refunds on custom orders. It is extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. I have gotten to the point where I feel they'll say anything to appease me. I don't feel confident that their response about delivery dates is truthful. I feel fobbed off. I will not be buying anymore shoes from them in the future.
