Complaint against Yodel
I bought two Ceramic Poppies from the Tower of London's stunning and poignant installation. Yodel tried to deliver last week. I responded to the request for new details and changed the address to my workplace. Waited a week, sent 4 tweets @yodelonline phoned 3 times, finally got through on Sat to be told they would be out today. Guess what, no delivery just a logistical faliure-apparently there are no drivers in SE London. I will be expecting a delivery refund or will go to the small claims court as companies as big as Yodel are accountable to their customers and not their shareholders. I'd like my poppies please and an apology.
