Yode wasted days of my time waiting in for promised delivery times then they lost the parcel!

Complaint against Yodel

On an order from Amazon, Yodel: - Failed to leave calling cards on the days they said they tried to deliver; - Failed to turn up with the parcel on three pre-arranged dates when I had taken time off work to wait in; - Eventually admitted the parcel was lost, found it then returned it to Amazon instead of sending it to me; Ultimately I had to reorder the goods and arrange to collect them from an Amazon pickup location. In due course an apology was received but Yodel refused any form of compensation for such appalling service. Words are cheap. A courier should be obliged to pay compensation for such a dreadful service and wasted time.
