I purchased the three microdermabrasion treatments from groupon.. I was not fully satisfied with the professionalism and treatment, having said that, I was completely shocked when I arrived at the salon, the door was locked and I had to ring on the landline for someone to come at the door. Eventually when I got in, the lady at the reception tried to fob me off by giving me another appointment time because I was late when in fact I was there but nobody was downstairs, she didn’t even ask for any identity or anything, she tried her level best for me to come another time but gave in only because her other client was running late. When I got into the treatment room, she kept having to go out a few times incase her other client had arrived at the door (downstairs). During the treatment she did this a few times and by that time I had switched off! I understand the treatment time is only for 15 minutes but I was not happy with the level of professionalism shown. Did not expect such treatment and I could have purchased a better offer elsewhere but having read the reviews I was convinced this place was the one. I was wrong in thinking that! The treatment was a waste of time with the lady performing it! I have emailed them a number of times and have complained to groupon about this but nothing! I am still waiting! Waste of time and money! Beware of such offers that seem too good to be true. Go with your gut instinct. This company is not for massages or any types of facial treatments.
