Complaint against Lillian Rose Flowers

I ordered a bouquet of spring flowers for my grandparents as a thank you for the work they did arranging a close friend's funeral recently. I paid almost £60 for a medium size bouquet and same day delivery which I was OK with as I knew that bouquets can be expensive. Later that day, which was the expected delivery day I got a text from them saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers today due to some of the flowers not being available for the bouquet. They instead promised that it would be delivered the next day (saturday) with an upgrade in the form of more flowers to apologies. Needless to say the flowers were not delivered on saturday. I contacted them again, and they apologised and said they had received an out of office call from the florist explaining that there was still an issue with the flowers. They again promised that they would be delivered on Tuesday with a double upgrade - more flowers and chocolates. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday but 3 of the yellow roses were so damaged that they had to be removed from the bouquet and there were no chocolates. In addition to this, there was no card with the flowers with a phone number on it to call if there was a problem. My grandad googled the company to get the number but when he called he was fobbed off and told to email customer services with pictures of the damage. This is an absolute disgrace of a company, who took what should of been a lovely thank you gesture and ruined it. I advise anyone who needs flowers for ANYTHING to get them from somewhere else and dont waste your money on this company because you will not get what you wanted.
