Complaint against Easylife Wigs
I ordered from the site easylife on May 17. The order was for two lace front wigs and I received a wig but it was not lace front but the second "wig" was a hair ponytail that was nothing that I ordered. I sent about 6 emails out on the 2 of June since that is when I got my items. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping and handling for a mistake that I did not make. I am upset because I paid 61.25 for two wigs and they sent me the cheapest wig which was 18.75. I have been in contact with them since and all I keep getting from them is the run around from them and responses as if they are not comprehending what I am asking of them. This site is not to be trusted especially with the poor customer service they have.
