I ordered 5 items and after a very long time 4 finally arrived. One was dirty and none were as described. Quality was atrocious, sizing was no where near what it should have been considering I ordered 2 sizes larger than I would normally. I couldn’t even get them on. I emailed and requested a returns label as there wasn’t one in the bag, they said I would need to post them back at my expense or I could keep the items and give them to family members. I said no I wanted to return them as they were no good. I asked for a full refund of just over £60 they offered me £15. As I bought using PayPal I put a claim in. I sent the goods back to them on 12 July Royal Mail signed for post. As it is now 3 months on they should have received them but as they seem to have got away with not signing for them there is no proof they have them so PayPal has closed the case in their favour. As I didn’t even receive all my order I think this is wholly unfair. At one point they offered me the £15 then it went up a couple times and I think the final offer was about £35. But I won’t even get that now PayPal has closed the case. They are an utter fraud and I would never recommend them to anyone. I have the proof of postage and I have the proof of what I ordered and all the emails back and forth with them.
