Lidle refuse honor their 3 year warranty after only 1 year and 10 hours of use

Complaint against Lidl

I bought a Lidl pressure washer last year. I have used the machine only a couple of times, approximatly 10 hours in all. When I went to use it this year it had a leak from within the casing. I contacted Lidl France sent a short video and photo of my receipt. After a couple of emails I spoke to them directly and was told to remove the outer casing and send another photo/video to show where the leak was. Having complied with this I received an email directing me to their website where I was instructed to purchase parts to repair it myself. I was also told that it was a part not covered under the warranty only the motor was covered. The warranty clearly states parts that are subject too wear were not covered, the examples given were the pistol, the brush, the motor carbons and the high pressure hose. They are refusing to budge. Please advise.
