Complaint against Lidl

Purchased 9No. items, including Pointed Red Peppers 500g. on 03/07/2016. Tine 12.04. I also purchased two pl;astic bags as I had also purchased Bleach and Washing up Liquid' Placed the Red Pointed Pepperes on top of the other groceryItems in one bag..When I arrived Home I noticed that the rear seat of my car has a deposit of a reddish substance where the bags were lain. On opening one bag I noticed the same substance on the interior of the bag and then noticed the Pointed Red Pepper container had leaked due to a rotten Pepper. I went back to the store and spoke to a member of staff and I was given a replacement 500g of pointed Red Peppers, which appeared OK. As a result of all this I was obliged to wash a portion of the rear car seat and make a ten mile journey in order to have the faulty goods replaced. This was extremely inconvenient and also embarrassing, being a Sunday and subsequently had to cancel a dinner party that I had arranged.
