Complaint against Forces War Records

I know I have taken auto payment off but still paying this month they took the money twice on the same day. All I want is to close my account fed up with them

I have checked your account and auto renew was still on. I have changed it to NO today and no further payments will be taken. We did have a technical fault that caused payments to be taken twice for some of our customer but we noticed this straight away and they have all been informed and refunded. I am sad to see that you say you are not happy with us as you have used your account 9 times since the 19/02/2018 to view records. Your access will end on 21/03/2018.
