Complaint against ProSwimwear

Rec'd stopwatch September. Froze on first use. Returned to company. Said it just needed resetting. Item returned to me. First time used, screen went blank. Returned again at own expense. They said it was battery. Returned to me again. Screen froze again. Returned again to Proswimwear. They could not find anything wrong! Basically they take the battery out to reset. Not very convenient when timing swims on poolside! The stopwatch went blank on first use after return again. Really disappointed with a company I have spent many pounds with. Shocking customer service. They have told me to reset by pressing the 2 buttons on top. Have tried. They said they donor know what to suggest. Would a refund be too much to ask.
