Ordered a wetsuit, didn't try it on left it sealed as another from JD sports fitted perfectly. Returned the wetsuit to proswimwear. Then get a letter with the wetsuit sent back to me saying no refund as product damaged. I ring customer services. I explain the wetsuit was never opened and those in the return department should have noticed this. The wetsuit being returned to me was badly folded and in a smaller bag with no tissue lining as originally presented. They are saying no refund! I am protesting this decision. The damage must have been caused by either the supplier or whilst unpacking the unopened returned suit? Or this is not the wetsuit I received and sent back. You would think after being a loyal customer they would believe me.I am feeling totally let down by Proswimwear. I am stunned at the customer service representative saying that she 'appreciates my point but nothing can be done". I have requested a transcript of my conversation to be given to the person above the returns team leader and to be called when this is done. So short sighted of them. Two boys who swim and years of purchasing ahead of me ! UPDATE: I called Proswimwear to see if any news. I asked to speak to who I spoke with yesterday. I am told she is unavailable and a letter from higher management has been sent out ...restating their position. I am so disappointed. I am told if I want to take it further it will have to be through consumer rights. I will do this. Unless someone at Proswimwear sees sense and takes the right approach and speaks to me and resolves this issue.
