A Frillo employee rang me and offered a 20% discount if I ordered a laptop Friday 31st October, I said OK, I paid what we had agreed was the full amount, £313.95 including delivery and VAT. However, later in the day Frillo took a further payment (the 20% discount) was taken. Computer arrived, I discovered the second charge when Barclaycard statement arrived end of November and they had charged me the 20% discount. I complained 1st December and since then Frillo have repeatedly promised to refund the amount as of 15th January and numerous conversations and promises to refund the £62.79 no refund has arrived.
