I sold some tickets on viagogo. 10 days after the event I still have not received payment. Contacted viagogo who tells me my paypal account is restricted and blocked my payment. Not true. I have no restrictions on there and, after a call to PayPal, they confirmed that no attempt to send money has been made. Bunch of baloney. I want my payment. I sold good valid tickets and viagogo guarantees payment, they are in breach of contract now. Not happy. No number to call or person to speak to at customer services either.
