Bought 3 tickets dec 15 Tickets cancelled 2 days before a j Bieber concert. Tickets for 3 teenagers.

Complaint against viagogo

Viagogo were very difficult to contact. A week before we contacted them to check if the tickets were available to be delivered. We were told on their website it would be at worst 3 days before. We contacted them 3 days before via twitter and they told us not to worry they have spoken to the seller. I then received an Email on wed afternoon saying sorry no tickets were available and they would issue a full refund and a voucher. I told them I did not want a voucher and would expect compensation in the form of money for stress, lost train fares and the half a day that I had taken off work to take the teenagers.
