Hi, I bought tickets to see Adele from Viagogo. The tickets were priced at £175.00 but I later received a call from Barclays because 523.51 Euro had been charged to my card. Apparently the ticket prices were advertised in Pound Sterling but on further investigations we have been charged in Euros as well as having a large booking fee, delivery fee and VAT charged to my card - none of which I was made aware of at the checkout. I wasn't aware of these charges and I am now expected to pay almost double of what I was willing to pay. This is the break down in Euros: 371.38 - Tickets 105.98 - Booking Fee 24.95 - Delivery Charge 21.20 - VAT The tickets are non refundable. I have been offered the chance to sell the tickets for £174.00 but I will be charge a Seller Fee of £34.80 plus VAT at £6.96 but I will not be able to claim back the booking fee or taxes or delivery charge from Viagogo. I have listed the tickets as e-tickets but in actual fact they are paper tickets - I am unable to amend my listing as directed on their website and If I am unable to produce the tickets I am selling I will be charged further fees. Please help!
