I bought 2 premium tickets for Philip Glass in Carnegie Hall. Instead I received 3 restricted viewing tickets. I contacted Viagogo who responded promptly saying they had my tickets. They asked me to send back the tickets in my possession by registered post and I would receive the correct tickets and a postage refund. I sent back the tickets, which I tracked and were delivered. It has been over a month. My case is logged as closed and I am in possession of no tickets, restricted or premium. When I contact Viagogo, which I've done a few times, I receive not so much as a peep.
