Complaint against viagogo

Tickets were supposedly delivered to my address on the 13/4/17 and signed by me, but as no one was at home that day this is impossible !! Delivery company say it is up to Viagogo to sort this out but after around 23 emails I am getting no where. I have asked if I can have duplicate tickets but no response. The concert is on the 18th May so not much time to sort it out. I hope you can give me some advice on this matter as I am getting no answers from either Viagogo or the delivery company Thank you Trish
