I ordered two Tory lanez tickets for £196, I received them but had to re sell them on viagogo. As I resold them somebody had mad a purchase for my tickets. I got an email stating to print off the letter and to put them with the tickets. There was no email explaining where I had to go to send the tickets off as the postcode was in London and it didn't need to be shipped. On that same day I sent them off I got an email confirming viagogo has cancelled my sale. So I have sent off two Tory lanez tickets for 196 pound to somewhere the company has told me to sent them. So I wanted to receive them back. I've been speaking to 4 members of staff from viagogo explaining everything and it's taken them 3 days to contact me and get back to me when they promised me they would sort it out. I have had to reach out to them 3 times for information about my tickets. They have mislead me and told me I'm going to be sent an email either today or in the morning confirming where I go to pick up my tickets. And I still have not got a call or email to say where. So I call viagogo and they are telling me another thing that it's still not sorted out. I'm having to keep waiting for them to call me back. Even on the day of the concert 6th June 2017 I still have not received any information about my tickets.
