I bought 2 tickets for queen show in Australia . They were originally $122 each. I paid $693 for 2. I could not go and had to resell and only received $423 for the two. No charges were mentioned on website. I have spoken to buyer and he has verified his tickets and is happy but received an email from Viagogo telling me I had sent wrong tickets and would have to pay for more. This is definately wrong. On top of that I have not been paid. I cannot afford for someone else to use my pension money. I will have to go to lawyer as I cannot lose this sort of money. Contacting this company is impossible.
